Our chefs are from Kerala, a small state in Southern India and are renowned for the cooking of traditional Keralan food.Udaya is a restaurant that is recognised as breaking new ground in the presentation of Kerala dishes, including some which are new to this country.We like to make our guests feel extraordinarily special, we strive to exceed our guests expectations and try to ensure that each dining experience is a memorable one.
